XC Series Vertical Vibrating Conveyor is widely applied in chemical, rubber, plastic, grain, pharmacy, metallurgy, building material, mine and other industries.
With two vibration motors mounted on the bottom or top of the machine body crisscross, this make the materials move vertically and the materials are discharged from the top outlet of the machine.
Special custom-made service are available, you just need to tell us your detailed requirements, such as type of material, required processing capacity, mesh size, your local power voltage, Hz, Phase ec.
Spare parts for free within 12 months warranty period. Our engineers and sales also provide online realtime supports through Skype, MSN etc.
Working Principle --- vertical vibration elevator
a.There are two same vibration motor to be fixed under vertical screw slot, which they can be corotated in a contrary direction. The two eccentric blocks on motor shaft can generate a big exciting force.
b.Material in the vertical screw trough will be forced moving and conveying. And, during this process, material also can drying and cooling for the next system.
